How a Leather Jacket Is Made

Design Selection : We start every product with design. Our in‑house designers study the latest fashion trends, buyer mood boards and technical requirements to create a jacket that looks stylish and is comfortable to wear. Once the design is approved, our pattern makers convert that sketch into accurate paper patterns, keeping in mind size, fit and movement.

Leather Selection. For jackets, we usually work with lamb, goat and buff leather depending on the customer’s requirement, price point and final look. Our team checks each hide for thickness, grain quality and any defects. Only the best panels are marked and sent to the cutting section.

Cutting Department : Skilled workers place the patterns on the leather carefully to minimize wastage and maintain consistent quality. After cutting, all panels are sorted and sent to the stitching line along with the required trims like zips, buttons, lining fabric and labels.

Stitching Process : Where the jacket begins to take shape. Our experienced operators join each part step by step – sleeves, front, back, collars and pockets. Quality supervisors continuously check stitch strength, seam allowance and overall finishing at every stage. If anything is not up to our standard, it is corrected immediately.Once stitching is complete, the jacket goes through finishing section.

Finishing Section : Here we do thread cutting, ironing, shape setting and final detailing. The jacket is then checked for measurements, color matching and any marks or wrinkles. Only after passing a strict quality control checklist does it move to packing.

Packing Section : Each jacket is carefully packed in polybags and cartons according to the buyer’s instructions, ready for shipment by air or sea. This entire process reflects our focus on quality, on‑time delivery and long‑term trust with our clients.
